- Access via a path. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom with shower (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 80cm trundle beds), 1 bedroom with washbasin (1 x 160cm bed). Private enclosed garden of 200 m² with covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs).
- Ile de Noirmoutier 16 km.
- Short breaks: Weekends from Friday to Sunday 3pm

The days of arrival are all the days of the week, except big holidays contact the owner.
